At Billy J, we want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your return items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals are intact.

  Download and Attach Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label generated by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized postal carrier and keep your tracking receipt until your store credit has been issued.
